autumn in antwerp will always carefully process your order and arrange for your package to be delivered as soon as possible and right to your doorstep.

all orders will be delivered within 5-12 days. except for items specifaclly mentioned to be in backorder or made to measure. customers can follow their order at any time using the tracking number sent by e-mail once the order is shipped.

we hope you are happy with your purchase. not so convinced of the items you received? for returning an item take your parcel to the nearest post office or collect point, and send it back to autumn in antwerp within 10 days of delivery. returns are sent at customers own expense and shipping charges are not refundable. 

please contact us at info@autumninantwerp.com for instructions on how to process the return. we ask that items are returned in the same condition as they were sent; clean, unused and with all their hangtags still intact. as soon as your return arrives, we’ll process your return, activate the refund, and send a confirmation email. autumn in antwerp cannot be held responsible for returns that we do not receive. therefor we recommend keeping proof of postage until your return has been received and accepted.
